Order & Payment
We offer you various secure and flexible payment options so that you can choose the payment method that suits you best:
• Credit card (prepayment upon completion of the online order)
• Bank transfer (advance payment with discount or deposit)
• Cash on delivery (for selected standard models)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Shop Pay
• Klarna
All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
You benefit from attractive conditions when paying by bank transfer.
If you transfer the full invoice amount directly after ordering, we will grant you a 3% discount on the total amount.
The reduced amount will be automatically shown in your order confirmation.
When paying by bank transfer, you have two options to choose from:
• 3% discount for transferring the total amount immediately after ordering
• 20% deposit after ordering, the remaining balance approximately one week before shipment.
We will personally discuss with you which option is right for you after you place your order.
You select your desired piece of furniture in the online shop, configure the material and color, and complete the order.
After receiving your order, you will receive a binding order confirmation with all the details.
For custom-made items, we will also contact you personally for final coordination.

Before production begins, you will receive a binding order confirmation in which all details regarding execution, payment and delivery time are listed transparently.
Yes.
We offer free material samples for many fabrics and leathers, which we will send to you in advance.
This allows you to check the color, texture and feel at home in peace and quiet.
Changes are possible as long as production has not yet started.
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review and implement your requests.

01 Your payment methods
The choice is yours.
Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Klarna. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer.

02 Bank transfer
Save 3%.
Pay the full invoice amount by bank transfer immediately after ordering and receive a 3% discount on the total.
We personally confirm the exact amount to transfer with your order confirmation.

3. What payment options are available for bank transfers?
Exclusively for bank transfers, you can choose between two options:
• Full payment: transfer the total immediately after ordering and receive a 3% discount.
• Deposit: transfer 20% immediately after ordering. The balance is due approximately one week before dispatch.
We agree your preferred option with you personally after you place your order.
4. How does ordering from Bauhaus Italia work?
Choose your furniture in our online shop, select the material and colour, and complete your order.
You will receive a binding order confirmation with all the details.
For bespoke pieces, we also contact you personally to agree the final specifications.
5. Will I receive confirmation before production begins?
Yes.
Before production begins, you receive a binding order confirmation clearly setting out the specifications, payment and delivery time.
6. Can I receive material samples before buying?
Yes.
We offer free material samples for many fabrics and leathers, sent to you in advance.
You can compare the colour, texture and feel at home.
7. Can I change my order afterwards?
Changes are possible provided production has not yet begun.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and accommodate your wishes.
