Order & Payment
We offer you various secure and flexible payment options so that you can choose the payment method that suits you best:
• Credit card (prepayment upon completion of the online order)
• Bank transfer (advance payment with discount or deposit)
• Cash on delivery (for selected standard models)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Shop Pay
• Klarna
All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
You benefit from attractive conditions when paying by bank transfer.
If you transfer the full invoice amount directly after ordering, we will grant you a 3% discount on the total amount.
The reduced amount will be automatically shown in your order confirmation.
When paying by bank transfer, you have two options to choose from:
• 3% discount for transferring the total amount immediately after ordering
• 20% deposit after ordering, the remaining balance approximately one week before shipment.
We will personally discuss with you which option is right for you after you place your order.
You select your desired piece of furniture in the online shop, configure the material and color, and complete the order.
After receiving your order, you will receive a binding order confirmation with all the details.
For custom-made items, we will also contact you personally for final coordination.

Before production begins, you will receive a binding order confirmation in which all details regarding execution, payment and delivery time are listed transparently.
Yes.
We offer free material samples for many fabrics and leathers, which we will send to you in advance.
This allows you to check the color, texture and feel at home in peace and quiet.
Changes are possible as long as production has not yet started.
