On this page you will find all the important information about your right of withdrawal for Bauhaus Collection.
We transparently explain the applicable cancellation periods, return conditions and possible exclusions – especially for custom-made furniture.
Furthermore, we will inform you about the return process, the refund of payments already made, and your rights as a customer. Our goal is to offer you maximum clarity and security before and after your purchase.
Information on cancellation, return and refund
Cancellation policy
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you have taken possession of the goods.

Cancellations or returns must be announced in writing via email in advance:

After receiving your request, we will inform you about the further procedure and the return address.
The return must be made no later than 14 days after the cancellation has been declared.
Since our furniture is shipped from different warehouses and via freight forwarding, you will receive an individual return address from us.
Large-format furniture is returned via a freight forwarding company.
Unless there is a defect, the customer bears the costs of the return shipment.
For goods shipped via freight forwarding, return transport costs typically amount to approximately 10–20% of the goods' value, depending on:
• Size and weight
• Country of delivery
• Mode of transport
Alternatively, you can hire your own transport service provider.
The goods must:
• unused
• complete
• securely packaged for transport
• in original condition
be returned.
Damaged or used goods can lead to a reduction in value.
There is no right of withdrawal in the following cases:
• custom-made furniture
• Custom sizes
• Customer fabrics
• Special paint finishes
• personalized products
These products are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days at the latest.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs will only be refunded up to the amount of the standard delivery.
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
• Visible damage: note it directly with the driver.
• Hidden damage: report immediately by email
In case of justified defects, we will organize repair, exchange or replacement.
Regardless of your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights.
These apply to defects that were already present when the goods were handed over.
