Shipping destinations and dispatch
Our furniture is made in Italy and dispatched directly from our manufacturers by furniture carrier or parcel service. We deliver to Germany, Austria and the other countries available at checkout. Shipping charges depend on the delivery destination, not the language selected in our shop.
Germany and Austria
- Order value below €1,500: €95
- €1,500–€2,499.99: €180
- From €2,500: free shipping
Other delivery countries
For all other destinations available at checkout, except Switzerland:
- Order value below €1,500: €95
- €1,500–€2,499.99: €180
- €2,500–€3,999.99: €290
- From €4,000: free shipping
Customers in Switzerland
Delivery is to a previously agreed border depot on the German side. The German rates above apply, including free delivery to the depot from €2,500. Please agree the depot with us before ordering. The customer or their appointed provider arranges and pays for customs clearance, import VAT and onward transport into Switzerland. These services are not included in our shipping charges.
Delivery times
Delivery time includes production and transport. In-stock items are generally delivered within 2–4 weeks. Furniture made to order generally requires around 6–8 weeks of production plus transport. These are estimates; the information for your product and the delivery time agreed with you apply.
Delivery service
Standard delivery is to the first accessible entrance door. For Switzerland, delivery ends at the agreed German border depot. Freight delivery appointments are arranged with you in advance. Delivery upstairs or into your room may be available by prior agreement at an additional charge. Please contact us before ordering.
Transport damage
Please inspect your order on arrival and record visible damage with the driver. Report concealed damage to us as soon as possible after discovery, ideally with photographs of the furniture and packaging. We will coordinate with the carrier and agree the next steps with you. Your statutory rights are unaffected. For onward transport from the border depot to Switzerland, also contact your appointed carrier.
Assembly and packaging
Most furniture arrives fully assembled. If an item is shipped disassembled for logistical reasons, assembly is the customer’s responsibility; our carriers do not provide assembly. Packaging disposal is normally the customer’s responsibility. Packaging removal may be arranged for room delivery, subject to prior confirmation and an additional charge.
